Michael Fassbender, en boca de todos por su interpretación en Shame, ya está perfilando el que será uno de sus próximos proyectos. El actor ha estado desarrollando un proyecto basado en historias de la mitología irlandesa con el escritor Ronan Bennett, quien lleva desde el pasado año trabajando en el guión, según cuentan en Screen Daily.

 

La película, aún sin director, será producida por Finn McCool Films, creada por los propios Fassbender y Bennett.

 

El intérprete encarnará a Cú Chulainn, el héroe más famoso del ciclo del Ulster (uno de los cuatro grandes ciclos de la mitología irlandesa, junto con el mitológico, el feniano y el histórico), en un film que lleva (momentáneamente) por título: Irish Myths.
